We request that all guests use the building Garbage Room for proper waste disposal. In the event that a property is left in an excessively untidy condition, a fee of AED 350 per hour of additional cleaning may be imposed.
Excessive noise or disturbance, including loud music, is not permitted. All guests are to strictly refrain from hosting any events, parties or gatherings within the premises.
Late check-out is subject to availability, approval, and additional fees. Failure to adhere to the agreed check-out time may incur penalties.

A standard Tourism Tax, payable to the DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing), is charged per room per night.
All property occupants must provide valid identification (GCC ID / Passport). This is a legal requirement for registration with the DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing), and necessary for property access as stipulated by the property developers' security departments.
Non-Refundable: All reservations are non-refundable once booked. If you cancel your reservation at any time after booking or fail to show up for your scheduled check-in, no refund will be issued.
