Cleanliness

We request that all guests use the building Garbage Room for proper waste disposal. In the event that a property is left in an excessively untidy condition, a fee of AED 350 per hour of additional cleaning may be imposed.

Loud Music / Parties & Gatherings

Excessive noise or disturbance, including loud music, is not permitted. All guests are to strictly refrain from hosting any events, parties or gatherings within the premises.

Late Check-out

Late check-out is subject to availability, approval, and additional fees. Failure to adhere to the agreed check-out time may incur penalties.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable security deposit is obtained at the time of booking and will be returned in full after the checkout clearance. Refer Booking Terms for more information.

Checkout Cleaning Fee

A one-time check-out cleaning fee applies to all bookings for a thorough clean upon checkout, preparing the property for our next guest. Additional cleaning services can be added at booking or during your stay via your Guest Relations Officer.

Tourism Tax

A standard Tourism Tax, payable to the DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing), is charged per room per night.

Guest Registration

All property occupants must provide valid identification (GCC ID / Passport). This is a legal requirement for registration with the DTCM (Dubai Tourism & Commerce Marketing), and necessary for property access as stipulated by the property developers' security departments.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable: All reservations are non-refundable once booked. If you cancel your reservation at any time after booking or fail to show up for your scheduled check-in, no refund will be issued.
